NPM Residential is seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for an on-site, full-time role at a DFW area property. The ideal candidate has hands-on ResMan software experience and a proven ability to deliver exceptional resident service.

Responsibilities include greeting prospects, conducting tours, processing applications, preparing leases, handling renewals, and coordinating move-ins/move-outs. This role supports marketing efforts and requires strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• ResMan software experience is required.
• Leasing experience in multifamily housing is preferred.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and leasing best practices.

What You’ll Do
