The Valcap Group is seeking an Experienced Affordable Property Manager to oversee daily operations at a multifamily community in Texas. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in property management and proficiency with ResMan, balancing resident satisfaction with strong financial performance.

You will lead the onsite team, manage leasing and occupancy goals, and prepare financial reports using ResMan. A track record of increasing occupancy and NOI growth is highly valued.

Formación

• 3+ years of property management experience in multifamily housing.
• Experience with ResMan property management software is required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage onsite team including leasing staff and maintenance.
• Oversee leasing, renewals, occupancy goals, and resident relations.
• Utilize ResMan for financial reporting, leasing activity, and resident records.
• Ensure budget compliance, track expenses, and drive NOI growth.
• Develop and implement marketing and leasing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Conduct regular property inspections and maintain company standards.
• Handle escalated resident concerns professionally.
