Job summary

NPM Residential is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for an on-site role in Little Rock, AR. The ideal candidate will support daily operations, assist with rent collection, renewals, and resident relations across a fast-paced multifamily community.

You’ll collaborate with leasing, maintenance, and leadership to ensure resident satisfaction, compliance, and operational excellence. ResMan experience is required and growth into a full Property Manager position is possible.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in property management, leasing, or assistant management.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing and multifamily practices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Assist with rent collection, posting payments, and delinquencies.
• Process renewals, lease files, notices, and compliance documentation.
• Lead leasing efforts when needed, including tours and application processing.
• Respond to resident inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain organized resident records, reports, and communication logs.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs, inspections, and deposit accounting.
• Provide support to the maintenance team and prioritize work orders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and Fair Housing regulations.

What You’ll Do
