ResProp Management is seeking a dedicated Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple apartment communities in the Fort Worth area. The role focuses on driving occupancy, revenue growth, and top-tier resident satisfaction across properties.

You will lead site teams, coordinate maintenance, and partner with owners to optimize performance, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal across communities.

Qualifications

• 3 years in multifamily property management.
• 3 years of hiring, training, and coaching teams.
• Solid business acumen with experience owning and driving P&L.
• A college degree is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase property revenue by leading a high-performing team.
• Assess, train and develop your team on sales and operations.
• Build relationships with maintenance to ensure top quality.
• Oversee client/owner relationships and report performance.
• Manage resident satisfaction and respond to issues promptly.
• Prepare annual operating budgets and analyze financials.
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure standards.
