ONYX Multifamily Group is seeking an experienced Property Manager for Villas at Belle Meadow in Belton, TX. This on-site, full-time role oversees daily property operations, tenant relations, leasing, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to ensure superior resident experience and financial performance.

You will lead on-site staff, coordinate maintenance and vendors, and ensure accurate reporting, Fair Housing adherence, and strong community standards at Villas at Belle Meadow.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of Property Management, Real Estate, or related role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budgeting, rent collection, accounts receivable, and financial reporting is preferred.
• Fair Housing knowledge and safety standards understanding is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and monitor performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and track property metrics.
• Develop and manage property budgets; ensure expenses align with goals.
• Manage rent collection, AR, and evictions when necessary.
• Oversee leasing process, background checks, and marketing strategies.
