ONYX Multifamily Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance for Villas at Belle Meadow in Temple, TX. You will support day-to-day maintenance, supervise technicians, and ensure a safe, well-functioning community with a strong resident experience.

Responsibilities include scheduling, repairs, inspections, inventory, vendor coordination, and on-call rotation. The role emphasizes ownership, reliability, and hands-on leadership in a multifamily setting.

Qualificações

• Experience in lead maintenance or maintenance supervision.
• Knowledge of general maintenance including basic plumbing and electrical.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to supervise, train, and support maintenance technicians.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise, train and support maintenance technicians.
• Delegate maintenance tasks and prioritize work orders and resources.
• Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs across the property.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general issues.
• Monitor requests and ensure timely completion of work orders.
• Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, parts and tools.
• Coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain property appearance and documentation of work orders.
