Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years of leasing, property management, real estate experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and applicable leasing regulations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Professional and customer-focused approach when working with prospective and current residents.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet prospective tenants, providing a positive and professional first impression.
• Assist prospective tenants throughout the leasing process by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Build rapport with prospective and current tenants and maintain positive tenant relationships.
• Conduct property tours, showcasing available apartment homes, amenities, and communal areas.
• Explain lease terms, rent payment procedures, and applicable additional fees.
• Assist prospective tenants with the application process and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Conduct tenant screenings, including background and credit checks, in compliance with policies and Fair Housing regulations.
• Assist with lease negotiations and ensure lease agreements are reviewed and understood by tenants.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote available units through online listings, social media, and other materials.
• Maintain current knowledge of property features, pricing, availability, and community offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests promptly.
