Job summary

The successful candidate will supervise technicians, prioritize work orders, and coordinate with the Property Manager to deliver timely service. On-site work and on-call rotation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in lead maintenance or supervising maintenance teams.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical.
• Ability to supervise and train technicians.
• Excellent communication and organization.
• Ability to work on-site at a multifamily property.
• Flexibility to participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities
