Job summary

ONYX Multifamily Group is seeking an experienced Assistant Property Manager for Villas at Belle Meadow in Temple, Texas. You will work with the Property Manager to drive occupancy, collections, and resident services while preparing to lead in the Property Manager's absence.

The role emphasizes leasing, resident relations, and daily property operations, with opportunities to grow into broader onsite leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of onsite multifamily property-management or leasing experience.
• Hands-on experience with resident accounts, collections and delinquency management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing requirements and apartment-industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Property Manager in day-to-day operation and performance of the community.
• Manage resident accounts activity, including rent collection, delinquency follow-up, late notices and payment arrangements.
• Maintain accurate resident ledgers, files and documentation.
• Assist with move-ins/outs, notices to vacate, renewals and transfers.
• Support lease enforcement and delinquency procedures.
