Job summary

Foresight Asset Management, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to create a welcoming, well-managed community for residents in San Antonio, TX. You will handle on-site leadership, leasing, reporting, and budget tasks while maintaining exceptional resident relations.

Responsibilities include leasing tours, rent collection, financial reporting, vendor coordination, and implementation of retention programs to optimize occupancy and revenue.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in residential property management.
• Strong management, communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Customer service mindset with a professional image.
• Sales ability with proven closing skills.
• Knowledge of on-site maintenance processes and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency with office technology and property management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage staffing schedules and lead on-site team through recruitment, training, and development.
• Collect, post, and deposit rent; monitor delinquencies and ensure statutory compliance.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial/operational reports.
• Develop annual operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Oversee affordable housing paperwork and reporting where applicable.
• Lease apartments by conducting tours and presenting amenities.
• Respond to inquiries from prospects and residents; explain lease documents.
• Maximize occupancy and rental income while controlling expenses.
• Train leasing staff and implement resident retention programs.
