Job summary

IDP Properties in Georgia is seeking a Property Manager to oversee the on-site operations of a residential complex. The role requires regular schedules, walking the property, and supervising staff to maintain facilities.

You will manage budgets, vendor contracts, ensure HUD/LIHTC compliance where applicable, process invoices, prepare reports, and train team members to meet company standards. In-person work with a standard 8:00 to 5:00 schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Observe property condition and arrange maintenance and improvements.
• Maintain driver’s license and schedule work.
• Follow company policies in financial and clerical procedures.
• Maintain and reconcile the property management system and reports.
• Ensure compliance with HUD/LIHTC where applicable.
• Prepare budgets, manage expenses, and monitor spending limits.
• Oversee on-site personnel and resident relations.
• Transmit payroll timesheets weekly and process invoices.
• Train staff and develop employees’ strengths.
• Monitor performance and assist in staff development.
• Conduct government program inspections preparation when required.
• Maintain confidentiality of personnel and resident files.
• Work hours set by Regional Manager; 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. schedule.
