Two Coast Living is seeking a Property Manager in Chicago to lead a multifamily community on-site. You will oversee leasing, resident relations, and maintenance while driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction.

You will hire and train on-site teams, coordinate marketing efforts, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with local regulations. A strong leadership track record is essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience in large multifamily properties.
• 4+ years of residential property management experience with a proven track record.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Run the day-to-day operations of a multifamily property, including leasing, resident relations, work orders, and vendor coordination.
• Lead on-site leasing and maintenance teams, coaching and scheduling to achieve targets.
• Market the property with partners to attract residents and renew leases.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, maximize revenue, and ensure rent collection.
• Be the primary contact for residents, address concerns, and foster a community atmosphere.
• Oversee property inspections, unit readiness, and capital improvements.
• Submit accurate financial reports and stay compliant with regulations.
• Engage with local associations and monitor competitive markets.
