Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a Property Manager for a Bexley at Lakeline community in Texas. This on-site role requires prior property management experience, with Class A multifamily experience preferred, and involves leasing, resident relations, and team leadership.

You will work closely with our corporate support to ensure consistent operations, clear processes, and high customer service standards across the community and maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Prior property management experience required; Class A multifamily experience preferred.
• Ability to lead on-site teams, manage resident relations, and oversee leasing activities.
• Strong communication, organization, and accountability in a hands-on, policy-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for escalated resident concerns and ensure prompt resolution.
• Lead, train, and motivate on-site teams while delegating and mentoring.
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisor to manage property projects and maintain community standards.
• Oversee daily operations including leasing, resident relations, administrative tasks, property appearance, and KPIs.
• Balance high volumes of requests from residents and corporate with professionalism.
