Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for a community in Georgetown, TX. The role centers on front-line resident services, leasing activities, and coordination with maintenance to uphold a high standard of living.

You will work on-site at Bexley Wolf Ranch, starting at $23/hour with quarterly bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package. Prior property management is a plus but strong experience in hospitality, sales, or customer service is also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries from internet leads and prospects; schedule tours.
• Process leasing applications and prepare lease paperwork; collect deposits.
• Deliver excellent resident service and assist with renewals, notices, and move-outs.
• Coordinate with maintenance; walk units and monitor property needs.
• Create a great resident move-in experience and handle move-outs.
• Lead the team and assist the Property Manager as needed.
• Plan and host resident activities and events.
