Weinstein Properties is hiring an Assistant Property Manager for the Bexley at WestRidge in McKinney, TX. This hands-on role focuses on front-line resident services, team coaching, and maintaining a high standard of customer experience.

Starting pay is $21/hour with raises based on experience and quarterly bonuses. Benefits include rent discount, holidays, PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, and a 401k with company match. Training provided with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong teamwork and positive attitude.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Background in leasing, hospitality, or sales a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leasing processes and tours.
• Provide great resident service and support renewal discussions.
• Coordinate with maintenance and walk properties.
• Help manage move-ins and move-outs and security deposits.
• Support the Property Manager as needed.
