Job summary

Weinstein-Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for the Bexley at WestRidge community in McKinney, TX. This on-site role supports leasing, resident services, and team operations with hands-on coaching and training provided.

You will join a high-energy team, participate in tours, lease paperwork, move-ins/outs, and events, with hourly pay starting at $21 and quarterly bonuses. Prior property management helps, but strong customer service, sales, or hospitality leadership can qualify.

Qualifications

• Front line resident services and team interaction are core responsibilities.
• Leasing experience is a plus, but solid management experience from service roles also qualifies.
• Some leadership experience and participation in training and coaching are expected.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospects, answer leads, schedule tours and guide community tours.
• Process leasing applications, compile paperwork and collect deposits.
• Provide excellent resident service including renewals, notices, and requests.
• Coordinate with maintenance, walk units, and monitor property needs.
• Organize move-ins/outs and handle security deposits as part of lease administration.
• Lead the team and support the Property Manager as needed.
