Weinstein Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for its Bexley Wolf Ranch property in Georgetown, TX. The role focuses on front-line resident services, leasing tasks, and teamwork with maintenance to deliver a superior resident experience.

No previous property management is required if you bring strong customer service, sales, or hospitality experience. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a supportive, hands-on culture.

Responsibilities

• Answer internet leads, schedule tours, and take prospects on community tours.
• Process leasing applications and sign leases with applicants.
• Provide outstanding resident service and address account questions.
• Coordinate with maintenance and walk apartments to verify readiness.
• Move-ins: create a great resident experience and welcome.
• Handle move-outs and security deposit dispositions.
• Post rent payments and monitor balances.
• Plan and host resident activities.
• Assist Property Manager and support team goals.
