Responsibilities

• Assist with front line resident services and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure property readiness.
• Process leasing applications and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle renewals and notices.
• Walk properties, inspect homes, and communicate needs to the team.
• Support planning and execution of resident events and activities.
• Assist the Property Manager and contribute to team goals.
