Job summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our on-site team at Bexley Wolf Ranch in Georgetown, TX. The role focuses on delivering exceptional resident services, coordinating leasing activities, and supporting property operations.

You will work with a collaborative, growth-oriented team in a hands-on environment, with a training program designed to build essential skills. The position requires availability for rotating Saturdays and some evenings to support resident

Qualifications

• Experience in property management is a plus but not required if you have strong management experience from customer service, sales or hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to work rotating Saturdays and some evenings for resident events.
• Hands-on training program and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform front line resident services and interactions to address inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate leasing processes: respond to leads, schedule tours, process applications and sign leases.
• Assist residents with renewals, move-ins/outs, payments and account questions.
• Collaborate with maintenance and leasing teams, conduct property walk-throughs and ensure unit readiness.
• Support the Property Manager and lead team initiatives to meet goals.
