B.HOM Student Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing on-site operations and driving financial results at Square on Fifth Apartments, Atlanta. This role emphasizes resident satisfaction, compliance, and strong reporting.

You will coordinate leasing, maintenance coordination, and team development while ensuring standards are met and processes run smoothly across shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or similar real estate role.
• Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and financial objectives with the General Manager.
• Ensure accurate reporting and compliance with laws and policies.
• Manage rent collection processes and billing in PMS.
• Respond to resident requests and maintain high satisfaction through proactive communication.
• Support leasing activities and unit readiness for move-ins.
• Lead and train on-site team to meet standards and safety policies.
• Compile data for reporting and monitor industry trends.
