Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to oversee on-site operations at Hill Place, Fayetteville. You’ll help drive financial performance, manage leasing activities, and ensure high resident satisfaction.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams, ensure policy compliance, and support community engagement while leading a committed onsite team.

Qualifications

• Experience in property management or multi-family settings.
• Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills across levels.
• Customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in overseeing on-site operations and financial objectives.
• Oversee rent collection and billing accuracy in PM systems.
• Ensure resident satisfaction through proactive communication and timely responses.
• Assist with leasing activities including tours and applications.
• Train and develop on-site team members and coordinate schedules.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws and company policies.
