Job summary

B.HOM Student Living is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support on-site operations at The Indy in Marietta, GA. The role drives financial performance, resident satisfaction, and policy compliance while leading a small on-site team.

Key duties include revenue optimization, leasing support, resident relations, and risk management. This position requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to guest service excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in property management.
• Strong understanding of property operations and financial fundamentals.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and team support capabilities.
• Ability to obtain any required state leasing license within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Operations & Financial Support: maximize revenue, manage expenses, ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
• Resident Experience & Service: respond to service requests, maintain high resident satisfaction, document follow-ups.
• Leasing & Property Oversight: assist with tours, applications, lease execution, inspect units and property conditions.
• Team & Operational Execution: implement standards, train staff, coordinate team activities, ensure safety.
• Compliance & Reporting: stay compliant with housing laws, assist evictions, analyze data for insights.
• Resident Engagement: plan resident events, partner with Resident Life teams.
• Additional Responsibilities: perform other duties as assigned.
