Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of on-site property management experience.
• Strong customer service background and basic knowledge of building structures.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling appointments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications; familiarity with email and financial systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and complaints in a timely manner.
• Contact tenants to address issues requiring immediate attention.
• Schedule maintenance calls and generate work orders for repairs.
• Order inventory and obtain estimates for repairs.
• Process new applications for long-term residency, including background checks and file maintenance.
• Assist Activities team with events, purchases, and ticket sales as needed.
• Manage petty cash, accounts payable/receivable, credit card reconciliations, and bank deposits.
• Keep calendars and perform general administrative tasks.
