This role supports the Property Manager, serves as liaison with guests and residents on maintenance and related issues, and handles scheduling, applications, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), has 3+ years of on-site property management experience, and demonstrates strong customer service and organization skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of on-site property management experience.
• Strong customer service and basic knowledge of building structures.
• Experience coordinating and scheduling appointments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Respond to questions and complaints in a timely manner.
• Contact tenants to address issues requiring immediate attention.
• Schedule maintenance and generate work orders for repairs.
• Order inventory and obtain repair estimates.
• Process new applications for long-term residency, including background checks.
• Assist Activities team with events and related tasks.
• Manage petty cash, AP/AR, and bank reconciliations.
• Perform general administrative tasks and calendar management.
