Sunrise Management is seeking an Urban Properties Regional Real Estate Manager to oversee multiple California properties, supervising the roving maintenance team and handling leasing, reporting, and financial oversight to maximize occupancy and income.

The role requires 4–6 years of multifamily property management with supervisory experience, knowledge of California landlord/tenant law, and familiarity with Entrata. A hybrid work model and strong customer service skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of multifamily property management experience, including supervisory responsibility for multiple sites.
• Proficiency with local/state landlord/tenant law impacting California properties.
• Experience with affordable/tax-credit or mixed-income communities (if applicable).
• Must reside in the geographic area.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High energy, good organization, and time-management abilities.
• Understanding of maintenance issues and property operations.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operation of multiple properties within portfolio as assigned by Regional VP.
• Manage roving maintenance team and property administration, leasing, and reporting.
• Provide fiscal oversight including income maximization and expense control.
• Ensure compliance with rental guidelines, screening criteria, and civil code requirements.
• Prepare reports comparing properties and market conditions monthly.
