Job summary

EJF Real Estate Services, Inc. is seeking an Onsite Property Manager to create a welcoming atmosphere, coordinate resident communications, and support Board governance at a Washington-area property.

The role requires bilingual Spanish and English, a minimum of 3 years in residential property management, and the ability to work full-time onsite with occasional evenings or weekends. Proficiency in MS Office and a strong customer-service mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in residential property management.
• Experience in on-site management of a cooperative or condominium setting.
• Familiarity with governance, resident relations, and property operations.
• CMCA, AMS, or PCAM designations are a plus.
• Bilingual and able to speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the property’s primary point of contact for residents and guests.
• Coordinate community events and resident communications.
• Support compliance initiatives and board meeting support (minutes, records).
• Oversee vendor performance, building operations, and safety protocols.
• Manage and log maintenance requests, inspections, and budgets.
