Job summary

Asset Living in Minneapolis is seeking a Community Assistant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for a property. Regular on-site attendance is required and the role includes greeting, qualifying, touring prospects, and signing leases.

You will handle paperwork, move-ins, and data upkeep while supporting resident retention and delivering strong customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Show, lease, tour, greet, qualify, and sign leases with prospects.
• Complete leasing paperwork and move-in processing.
• Assist with lease audits, unit turns, and data maintenance.
• Respond to resident requests to ensure satisfaction.
