Job summary

Halverson and Blaiser Group, Ltd. seeks a Community Manager to oversee on-site operations across Minnesota communities. You will manage property maintenance, budgeting, reporting, and tenant relations, ensuring occupancy goals and lease compliance.

Under the Regional Manager, supervise staff, coordinate vendor services, monitor advertising, and maintain records in Yardi Voyager. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential, with occasional evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ yrs in Property Management.
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping.
• Ability to problem solve with staff and residents.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Always maintain high occupancy and coordinate move-ins, renovations and turnovers.
• Prepare written reports and logs to Regional Manager.
• Submit weekly and month-end reports to Regional Manager.
• Oversee, direct and mentor site staff; supervise vendors.
• Prepare and monitor annual operating budgets and maintain records.
