Job summary

Mercy Housing is seeking a Property Manager to open Astraea at Loretto Heights in Denver. This on-site role requires leasing experience and strong leadership to guide the new community's operations and resident services.

You will manage staff, budgets, rent collection, compliance, and maintenance priorities while delivering excellent customer service. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus; local knowledge of affordable housing is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of local and federal housing laws (Fair Housing, Landlord and Tenant).
• Experience managing finances.
• Housing management experience including HUD, LIHTC, Rural Housing, and Tax-Exempt Bond properties.
• Valid driver’s license.
