Mercy Housing is seeking an Assistant Property Manager for The Cascalote in Glendale, AZ. This on-site role supports the Property Manager with day-to-day operations at an affordable housing community.

You will handle resident services, leasing processes, rent collection, and resident inquiries, while collaborating with front desk and maintenance teams. A strong HUD/Tax Credit background is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience.
• Knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws.
• Knowledge of real estate property management applications.

Responsabilités

• Assists with resident records documentation.
• Collects rent and other income, makes bank deposits, and forwards receipts.
• Assists with the leasing process from initial application to move-in.
• Responds to customer services requests.
• May work outside normal business hours to respond to the needs of the property.
