Qualifications

• Strongly preferred knowledge and experience with LIHTC certifications and family permanent supportive housing.
• Working knowledge of applicable local and federal housing laws.
• Minimum two years of property management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that rent collection procedures are followed.
• Achieve and maintain occupancy levels as budgeted.
• Monitor property budgets and compliance with regulations.
