Mercy Housing in Glendale, AZ is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support daily property operations, coordinate leasing, and serve residents with care. The role emphasizes HUD and Tax Credit knowledge and active engagement with front desk and maintenance teams to ensure smooth occupancy and resident satisfaction.

The position is on-site at The Cascalote, featuring a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a mission-driven affordable housing organization.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of administrative, office, accounting, or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of local and federal housing laws and regulations.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.

Mansioni

• Enter data in resident accounts receivable ledgers.
• Assist with resident records documentation.
• Collect rent and other income, make deposits and forwards receipts.
• Assist with leasing from initial application to move-in.
• Respond to customer service requests.
• May work outside normal business hours to respond to property needs.
