Key responsibilities include rent collection, occupancy management, and adherence to housing laws, with opportunities to supervise staff and contribute to affordable housing goals in the Tacoma area.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with responsible financials and housing or property management preferred.
• Knowledge of local/federal housing laws (Fair Housing, Landlord/Tenant) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to residents in partnership with staff.
• Manage rent collection and schedule to meet benchmarks.
• Maintain occupancy and leasing strategies to meet budgeted targets.
• Oversee property operations within budget; identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and document management.
• Other duties as assigned.
