Job summary

Qualifications

• Office environment experience.
• Experience in affordable housing property management desirable.
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary and personal client information.

Responsibilities

• Process tenant applications including marketing the property and screening applicants.
• Annually re-certify tenants and reinforce lease terms and house rules.
• Review and prepare for audits.
• Manage keys and timecards for the Key holders.
• Collect rents, post to database, and make deposits; maintain tenant/unit files.
• Perform move-in and move-out inspections; instruct tenants on appliances and lease terms.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair work orders; track preventive maintenance.
• Assist tenants with events and community activities.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports and work within the operating budget.
