Avenue5 Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service apartment communities in the Fort Collins area. The role covers electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance while upholding customer service and curb appeal.

You will address maintenance requests, perform preventative tasks, and participate in on-call shifts per policy. A valid driver’s license and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• We require at least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field.
• General maintenance and basic carpentry skills are needed.
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Address a broad range of apartment and property maintenance tasks as directed by supervision.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, flooring, carpentry and HVAC work as needed.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections to uphold standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the property and respond to resident requests promptly.
• Assist with emergencies, weather events, and on-call maintenance as required.
• Communicate clearly with leadership and document work orders accurately.
