Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Repair Technician for a part-time role at one on-site property in Twisp, WA.

You will perform repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance to ensure safety, functionality, and tenant satisfaction. This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong mechanical aptitude, reliable transportation, and the ability to respond to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant maintenance or similar experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Basic computer skills for maintaining records and work orders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with tenants and team.
• Dependability and adaptability to handle various tasks and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on buildings, doors, plumbing, lighting, and fixtures.
• Inspect vacated and occupied units to identify repair needs.
• Replace switches, thermostats, and appliance parts; maintain outdoor lighting.
• Maintain swimming pool equipment and safety where applicable.
• Complete work orders with detailed updates and time spent.
• Be on-call for emergency repairs and coordinate with management.
• Communicate status updates to property management and tenants.
