Job summary

Ad-West Realty Services, Inc. is seeking a Property Maintenance Repair Technician to care for a 40-unit apartment community on-site. You'll inspect, repair, and maintain facilities, respond to emergencies, and manage work orders while supporting tenant satisfaction. Pool maintenance may be required.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and professional interaction with tenants and the property management team, with a possibility of on-call duties and winter-season upkeep.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent required.
• Relevant maintenance experience preferred.
• Able to operate hand and power tools safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor and major repairs on buildings, doors, plumbing and fixtures.
• Inspect vacated and occupied apartments and address maintenance needs.
• Replace switches, thermostats and appliance parts, and maintain outdoor lighting.
• Maintain and safety-check pools where applicable and handle work orders with updates.
• Be on-call for emergencies and support tenant relations.
