Responsibilities

• Prioritize and complete maintenance work orders on site.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Guardian policies.
• Coordinate with staff and vendors to deliver timely maintenance.
• Maintain grounds and curb appeal with daily property upkeep.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders and turnovers promptly.
• Keep accurate records of time worked and space conditions.
