Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Seven Acres in Milwaukie, OR. The role supports the Community Manager by performing scheduled maintenance, ensuring site safety, and maintaining curb appeal across a 234-unit property.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in property maintenance, owns basic tools, and can communicate in English. A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work Thursday–Monday are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in property maintenance preferred (1 year+).
• Own tools and ability to transport them to site required.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and emergency property maintenance to uphold safety and curb appeal.
• Process work orders and coordinate with staff and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies.
• Maintain records of maintenance, timekeeping, and reports.
• Communicate with residents and supervisor to address issues promptly.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and Guardian policies.
