Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Technician at Westridge Meadows in Portland, OR. The role supports the Community Manager, handles scheduled property maintenance, and ensures OSHA compliance while delivering strong resident service.

Ideal candidates are organized, communicative, with at least one year in property maintenance and the ability to work 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with on-call possibilities. Must own transportation and speak English.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• At least one year of work experience in property maintenance and repairs preferred.
• Owns and transports own tools and materials for the job.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Support Community Manager’s efforts to meet property management obligations.
• Maintain the property to comply with all laws and ensure curb appeal.
• Walk grounds daily and keep exterior of property clean and appealing.
• Coordinate with vendors and staff for timely maintenance and repairs.
• Record time worked and complete paperwork as required.
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders promptly.
