Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of work experience in property maintenance or related field preferred.
• Own tools and transportation for job
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and insurance.
• CPO certification may be required if property has a pool.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property and grounds to ensure curb appeal and safety.
• Respond to and complete work orders and turnovers on schedule.
• Identify and report repairs in electrical, plumbing, or structural areas.
• Coordinate with vendors and staff to provide resident services.
• Keep accurate records of time worked and area conditions.
• Support compliance with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies.
