Job summary

Guardian Real Estate Services LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician for McCuller Crossing & Patton Park in Portland, OR. This full-time role supports the Community Manager, ensures site safety, and prioritizes work orders to maintain curb appeal and property quality.

40 hours weekly, Monday–Friday, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, English proficiency, and at least 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
At least one year of work experience in property maintenance or related fields.
Possess and transport own tools and materials needed for job.
Ability to speak, read and write in English.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Own or have access to a properly insured vehicle with valid license.
CPO certification may be required if property has a pool.

Responsibilities

Represent Guardian in a positive and professional manner.
Support the Community Manager to meet property management obligations.
Maintain the property in compliance with laws and safety standards.
Walk grounds daily to ensure curb appeal and cleanliness.
Coordinate with vendors and staff to complete work orders.
Respond to service requests and complete work orders on time.
Keep records of space conditions, maintenance and inspections.
On-call for emergencies after hours and weekends as scheduled.
Communicate issues to supervisor and residents as needed.
Oversee maintenance of pools/spas if applicable.
Record time worked and comply with timekeeping Guidelines.
Follow confidentiality guidelines for all resident, property, owner, and Guardian information.
Accurately record time worked, adhere to time keeping guidelines daily.
Other duties as assigned by the Community Manager or Portfolio Manager.
