Guardian Real Estate Services LLC is seeking a Full-Time Roving Maintenance Technician to travel across Portland/Vancouver sites, ensuring timely maintenance and safety compliance. The role supports Community Managers and requires a year of property maintenance experience, basic building trades knowledge, and a valid driver’s license.

Typical schedule is 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, with travel to multiple sites and on-call duties as needed. Compensation reflects hourly pay with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year experience in property maintenance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of building trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Comfort on ladders up to 15 feet.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.
• Fluent English (reading/writing).
• Ability to work with schedules, deadlines and training requirements.
• Own or access to reliable vehicle and valid driver's license/insurance.

Responsibilities

• Represent Guardian positively and professionally.
• Support Community Managers to meet obligations.
• Maintain properties per laws and OSHA standards.
• Identify and report needed repairs and coordinate with vendors.
• Manage work orders and property turnovers promptly.
