Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Kingman, AZ to lead maintenance staff and oversee service requests, preventative tasks, and safety compliance. You will work with the Community Manager to ensure property upkeep and vendor coordination.

Ideal candidates hold EPA & CPO certification; HVAC is a plus, and familiarity with on-site software and OSHA/Fair Housing requirements is expected. This is a full-time role with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• EPA and CPO certification required.
• HVAC certification desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: supervise maintenance staff and plan activities.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident/management requests and work orders.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and other community features daily to identify hazards.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program and inventory within budget guidelines.
• Participate in unit inspections and ensure safety standards are met.
