Asset Living is a fast-growing property management company seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate staff and vendors, and ensure timely response to resident requests while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, make-ready inspections, inventory management, OSHA compliance, and collaboration with the Community Manager to protect the property's value and deliver exemplary service

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate maintenance tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Schedule and supervise staff and vendors.
• Maintain preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Inspect grounds and facilities daily.
• Manage inventory and budget adherence.
• Assist with make-ready, unit inspections.
• Respond to on-call emergencies.
