Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Rogers, AR communities. You will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate service requests, and supervise maintenance staff and vendors to ensure safety, quality, and timely make-readies.

You will maintain preventive maintenance programs, monitor OSHA and EPA standards, and participate in on-call emergency coverage. This is a full-time role with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within Asset Living.

Qualifications

• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations of the community and respond to work orders.
• Schedule and coordinate resident and management requests.
• Maintain a preventative maintenance program to extend asset life.
• Manage maintenance staff and vendors; ensure safety standards.
• Maintain records of service requests and safety compliance.
• Participate in on-call emergency at the community.
• Plan resource usage and obtain bids from vendors.
