Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Porter to support maintenance operations across properties. You will assist with repair, cleaning, and make-ready tasks under supervision to meet property standards.

The role requires on-site work, daily attendance, and the ability to handle physical tasks, lift objects, and respond to resident requests. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in carrying out maintenance processes including corrective, preventative, routine, and cosmetic tasks.
• Maintain grounds, buildings, breezeways, and common areas; clean and remove trash as needed.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Support in make-ready process to meet property objectives.
• Inspect property daily to identify hazards and ensure safety.
• Participate in on-call emergencies and maintain a safe work environment.
