Hamilton Point Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage daily maintenance operations at the assigned property in Mobile, AL.

You will lead the maintenance team, coordinate schedules, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while delivering excellent resident service. A minimum of 3 years in property maintenance is required, with EPA Type I/II, CPO, and HVAC certifications preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel and property management software.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance operations and supervise the maintenance team.
• Interview and hire maintenance staff with Community Manager.
• Plan schedules, assign tasks, monitor progress, and evaluate performance.
• Manage vendor selection, obtain bids, and oversee contractor work.
• Ensure safety, quality control, and compliance with laws and regulations.
• Respond to resident maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
• Perform semi-annual preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
