Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day operations of the property.
• Directs and supervises daily activities of the maintenance team.
• Leads on-site maintenance staff and diagnoses problems and repairs.
• Inspects apartments before and after move-in/move-out.
• Schedules and performs semi-annual preventative maintenance and apartment turns.
• Manages vendor selection and bids; oversees contractor work.
