Job summary

Fortis Property Management is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance operations at The Hamilton Apartments. You will manage maintenance teams, coordinate with the Community Manager, and ensure timely, high-quality service to residents.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years related maintenance experience, at least 1 year in supervision, EPA Universal Certification, and a valid driver’s license. Tools and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of property maintenance experience required
• 1 year supervisory experience required or preferred
• EPA Universal Certification required
• CPO certification preferred or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of building operations, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and pool care
• Must have own tools and a valid driver's license
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Yardi property management software preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site maintenance operations and manage teams
• Ensure timely completion of work orders
• Provide same-day maintenance services when needed
• Develop and implement maintenance plans and preventive maintenance
• Maintain resident relations and deliver quality service
• Coordinate with Community Manager on budgets and supplies
